Thank you for all your interesting information, but back to my original question:

I bled the brake while the wheel was not removed and the pistons not pushed back. Could that be the cause of air not completely removed? Should the wheel be removed and the pistons pushed back completely? Is that necessary?
Could it be that there is still air in the brake lever? Is it necessary to push the lever a few times to let air escape from the lever mechanism?
