In my case, this bike was a consignment at the LBS and they were unwilling to discount as it had already been discounted. I'm not sure how long they had it, but I had been watching it for a number of months, I suspect the deal breaker for most shopper were the 13-21 Freewheel and the broken cable guide. Anyway FWIW, the LBS charges the seller 30% fee for selling.
