Yesterday, weights. My only off day each week in a sea of otherwise 60-90 min trainer rides. Newborns man. Might get to sneak out for 4 hours on my birthday (the 11th), we'll see.
Today, more TT bike Thursdays, one of my easy days. 45' of z2-3 pedaling with some putzing around between my two "efforts" in the aerobars. 1 hr total.
