Jax. Took the checkpoint out this morning a little disappointed with the tires. They are faster than the GR1 but not by much, and the acceleration is extremely slow. Where you live they would prolly be fine, I assume it’s relatively flat there, in the burg we have a lot of changes in elevation, nothing extreme but every time I finally got up to speed I would hit another rise in elevation and instantly slow back down. I was just doing zone 2 so I wasn’t trying to maintain speed in the hills.

Last ride with the GR1 temperature was 70’degrees average speed (take it for what it’s worth) was around 15.8

Today, temperature was 31 degrees average speed was 16.7. If it had been 70 I would estimate the speed to be closer to 17.5.

Handling was great, the ride was super smooth. Maybe my expectations are too high for what I want the checkpoint to be able to do.
