Zwift "chase race" today. a fun format. They start the categories in reverse order with a minute or two between, so we have try and catch the B's, C's and D's. I was champing at the bit up front and pulled too hard at first; at 15 min I was at 300 w / 4.6 w/kg and it was clear I had bitten off a bit too much.
The rest hurt but we caught 'em which is cool I guess.
