A local, to me, dry cleaner that also mends clothes has quickly repaired "broken" zippers (jersey and shorts) for me with a pair of needle nose pliers for nothing. I had asked about whether he could replace them and he fixed them while I watched instead.
The bottom of the zipper broke off, so unfortunately I think this will be a new zipper. The piece that broke off opposite the side you pull up.
