That's depressing.

At 65 I still have more or less the same amount of physical energy I did at 40. It's easy to take it for granted, but we are genetically programmed to decline, so it's a bad idea to assume that we're immortal. I'm hoping that regular cycling will help stave off that decline, at least slow it down a little. Good luck to you, and don't be shy to post about your particular experiences and questions, so long as they haven't created a 75-85 thread. We'll all be there soon enough, so the information is relevant.
