A banana seat is as close as you are going to get, brand new that is. I have never seen a bicycle seat like the one you are picturing. You could always take a banana seat and have it beefed up pad wise and recovered. Get a high rise sissy bar and make a lumbar pad for it. That would be cool.
Actually I do have an old banana seat Iv been holding on to for about 5 years, its very big but also very thin, so thin it hurts, its a Western flyer seat in mint cond, Id hate to strip it out cuz it may be worth something, seriously!!!!
