I would hope blow-off is especially rare on hooked rims.
Now currently leaning AR56 rear and WR45 front. Seems modestly better than AR46 front/rear (or AR46 front, AR56 rear) since the WR45 front's U shape should be more cross-wind resistant. Seems primary advantage of AR46 is that they're lighter than the WR45 and can handle a 25mm tire...which I don't plan on using.
