I have always had low body temperature. In the past it was sometimes more than a degree Fº low. In the Spring or Fall when running or riding with a group, I always had more clothing than anyone else. In the Summer everyone one else complained about the heat on a pleasant day.
But since my TKA surgery, I'm just the opposite, I'm OK with lower temperatures.
