Road Test/Bike Review (1989) America's Road Superbikes -- Intro / SEROTTA Colorado
Bicycle Guide (Jul 1989) featured a section reviewing the latest road "superbikes". The bikes were SEROTTA Colorado, KLEIN Quantum, KESTREL 4000, and MERLIN Titanium. This multi-article, multi-author section lumped all bike specs near the end and concluded with the split-page sidebar Blatant Opinions. I'll organize it my way by posting the Intro and first bike with its specs brought forward. Over the next few days I'll make separate Road Test / Bike Review posts of the other three bikes in a similar manner.
