I have a 1998 Pinarello aluminum that I rode for years and never felt "right" on it, always felt big. TT length was 57, and my max that I like is 56 (prefer 55) and no matter what I did to replicate what I like via stem length etc. It just never fit.

I mean it's obvious right? But I didn't measure the TT, just assumed it was square to the 56cm callout on frameset. I did measure saddle to bar etc. but that longer TT threw the whole bike off, and it rode "big".
