Gives good side to side and fore/aft motion, but is expensive, especially if you ship to the US. Shipping to the US for me was fast and it came well packaged. Posting about it reminds me that I need to take the trainer off and lube the central shaft (not that I have a problem with it but they say you're supposed to do it every 6 months and it's been 7 for me.
