A bunch of welding-fume-addled post-post-punks here slapped together a ragtag fleet of freak bikes, including many using that general tall-bike "design" (cringe), around the turn of the Century. The craze didn't last; most of the bikes probably didn't either, although you still see the odd tall bike cabled to a sign post now and then.
Seller was listing "19 inch wheels" (rims are listed by seller as 19 x 622).
He did say it was hard to find 19 inch tires. I asked him what the numbers meant and he said the wheels are 19 inches tall and 622 around.
