That is the frameset. Will be a good fit for my proportions. 1566gm frame. 667gm fork.

Overall I'm going for a Crust/Ultraromance:Malocchio/Ephgrave/A.S.Gillott mash-up style.

Re the rando bar shapes, there was an old Schwinn model [some discussion of it on BF] that was a bit shorter reach and drop than typical rando.
One for sale on Ebay atm. Problem with most vintage flared rando bars -including the Japanese ones- is they are somewhat narrower at the tops.

Easton had the 27.2mm old EC series carbon post. One? model had a silver upper, but It seems would be too much setback for your fit.
(Could remove the clearcoat+graphics, then re-do).
