That's at Occidental College. There's a small service road with an 18% elevation I like to ride to get to the top. If road riding on the weekdays, I tend to do routes around Eagle Rock, Elysian Park, Mt. Washington, Rose Bowl and San Rafael Hills. I focus mostly on climbing and fast sprints on the flats. Also the nice thing is that I can ride in mostly residential areas. It's fun exploring all the small pocket neighborhoods in NELA. I only ride 1-2 hours, but I try to ride often during the week. I'm not a racer or anything, but due to work and my kids' sports/club activities I'm forced to ride fast! Lol
