finally got this green PSV10 to a ridable point . ( have posted it earlier in this thread )
wheel set ( 27'' large flange ) is just so i can see how it rides .
Have plans to rejuvenate some mavic/normandy tubular rim wheels I have in the cave later .
Oddly the OLN is 120 /98 ? considering the decal sets make it an 1982 ?
I had expected 126mm by then .
Things are different in NZ I guess ?
