Nice. What's the weather going to be like there? We are just coming out of a real cold snap, with things looking much better for the week of the Festive 500, daytime temperatures above freezing even. Also, do you make a ride plan before going into it?
It shouldn't be too bad. Roughly 10 °C - so plenty warm. Hopefully no rain
- I don't plan for it particularly. Last year i got 2x 100 km in, which helped a lot in getting to 500. I might try'n do the same this year. But if the weather is too grim, i don't sweat it
