I would not heistate to buy a Mezzo D9 or D10 and you can get them from around £250 - £350 on Facebook Marketplace or more on eBay! Be careful not to buy one which looks worn out - check the hinge and ride it and see if there is any noise from the hinges (on the handlebar especially).
