I was watching Velocipedium on you tube. A great vintage bike channel in England. I noticed he was riding a bike that had a clamp mounted to the quill. He used it to hold some gloves. I googled around and found similar clamps for newspapers on to the handlebar. Not quite the same. If anyone can steer me to map clamp please let me know. And give Velocipedium a watch. He is a Raleigh, other british bike, and dutch bike guru. And he does vintage bike rides in some picturesque English places. Which is great if you are like me and live in the US but have watched too much bbc and masterpiece theater.
