Any company that cannot fully address it and still offers any kind of lifetime warranty should stand behind it if they cannot get it right this far down the road.

Ti bikes have
one failure mode. Do you know how many carbon bikes I have warrantied for an incredibly wide range of defects? If you have a problem with defective construction techniques, go after the industry leading technique and all of the out-of-spec, galvanically corroded, flimsy, unrepairable junk that is sold for thousands of dollars as "cutting edge".
