OK, now I can answer. It was a good year. Surpassed my distance goal by over 700 miles, with no cycling related health issues (sore knees, back, etc). This year I no longer have shoulder and neck issues due to a strengthening routine. Had many PRs which always feels good to do a bit better until I inevitably tilt the other direction. Continued to learn quite a bit from the brain trust here regarding cycling and human nature. It was a good year.
Do you have any links to the exercises you've been doing to help with your neck issues?
