I assume that the Etrex has essentially the same screen resolution as my Garmin series 62 or 64, I have ridden several brevets where I am following the track on the map with no difficulty.
I still have a Garmin 10 I don’t use. But used tracks with it. It came in handy for a return business trip in Germany years ago when I travelled alone. Helpful with the turns in the small towns. This was by car.
