Great work on that S-A! Couple questions:

1. What is that lace or string you used to lash the skirts together? It's amazingly neat, but it looks like copper hook-up wire.
2. S-A recommends using the nose screw to maintain a gap in the carving of 6 mm. This is not a religion, but I've found that following that advice helps me a lot to eliminate pinching. In weight I'm between an X-range and an H, about 190 to 195 #. I can be very comfortable on an old unmarked one, probably now equivalent of a T, set to 6 mm. Have pinching or other discomforts related to the carving been a problem after your surgery?
