Bikes: Orbea Orca, Bianchi Infinito & Campione de Mundo

Unless the bike is aluminum, which I doubt, anyone with rudimentary welding skills could fix it. Cut the bent part out and sand the paint off the ends and get a bit larger steel tube sleeve and weld together. Probably a 10 minute job, tops. If you want to get fancy, shoot with a rattle can. Cheap fix
