I had the TAPP procedure done too, my recovery was pretty quick. I highly doubt you will need any formal PT - probably just a waste of money.

Thanks! I'm one week post-op today and feeling much better. The incision site at the umbilical will for sure take the most recovery. I'll try another trainer spin tomorrow.
