I'm done with "going to" PT - now doing exercises in my home gym. Squat sits, partial squats, leg extensions/curls and leg presses. Hoping I'll be up and out of the saddle as my strength sloooooooowly builds in the new knee leg. Trying to do those exercises every other day and ride at least 3-4 times per week on Zwift (-12 this morning here in WI).
Knee is still stiff, still have some swelling and going down stairs is still worse than up.
