Loved this one. I followed her online GPS tracker as she completed the challenge, so it was fun to read the details of the places she rode through. The average time she spent in the saddle day after day is unfathomable. Also, around the time she did it, I was watching the Tour de France broadcast, in which we were getting a tour of the mobile support facilities for one of the teams. They were proudly showing how they had a separate washing machine for each rider as a strategy to help prevent the spread of bacteria from rider to rider. This struck me as comical when seeing how Jenny was riding unsupported for something like 15 hours a day and was grateful to find a place along the way to wash out the clothes she was carrying.
