In an effort to up the household dietary protein intake, I am baking crackers made from garbanzo flour, to dip into the hummus I made earlier. I have long wanted to learn how to make crackers.
And then this morning I saw a podcast where the expert said that if we get enough calories, we can assume that we get enough protein. And that any extra protein that isn’t used to build muscle gets turned into fat, passing through carbs in between. He showed his work and it was convincing
