The ChrisCross rims are a good rims, I used those on my Single Speed/Fixed Gear RandoCross Fun Time Machine and they are excellent sadly they discontinued them in favor or disc brake only. The hubs are probably some rebranded low cost Formula hubs with sealed bearings. Nothing great and nothing worth keeping unless you can get it fixed up but could be serviceable.
