I used to order a pretty good number of Bullseye hubs to sell over the counter (back then, Phil hubs had to be sent back to Phil for bearing replacement, whereas the Bullseye hubs were removable in seconds using one small Allen wrench), but I believe the only Bullseye bottom bracket I ever saw was shown to me by the regional sales rep.
It looks like anodized blocks with allen wrench heads set into it. If I remember correctly it has no cups pressed or screwed into the frame.
