F seriial is 1971. Mine's F8036. It's current incarnation is as an upright commuter with an 8-speed hub gear after going through phases of roughly original spec and randonneuse-ish gravel all-roads rider. Comfortably runs 700 x 35 tires with fenders. Internationals take anything you throw at them.
