Have you determined it is the bottom bracket and not the crank arms? Usually the crank arms will deform and not the bottom bracket.
However if it is the bottom bracket,I would look for a 103mm bottom bracket for a 68mm shell. Sugino makes one for their Messenger cranks. Phil Wood also makes one if you want high quality and you might find others just make sure you are getting sealed bearings and metal cups (no plastic) from a known company.
If not get new cranks Sugino Messengers are decent cranks and fit the 103mm bottom bracket (or at least did last time I bought them)
