It had True Temper AVR tubing through out, There was a sticker on the chain stay that said Designed in the USA with a small flag because the world wide HQ for the brand was then based in Carson CA. The bike was built in our main factory in Taiwan where we built KHS and dozens of other worldwide brands. Aside from the Shimano STX drivetrain I believe the cockpit and SP were by HL, Seat by Velo. Tires most likely Panaracer and Bontrager rims. Hope that helps!
