my typical medium length ride last year would be 50 miles, a couple thousand of climbing, and i’d bring one small bottle on the bike and that would be it. i’d hydrate a bit after, of course. for a 75 mile ride i’d bring that same small bottle but stop around halfway and buy something to refill it and maybe have another 12-18 oz of fluids.

I wish I could say I was like that, I just forget to drink when I ride and then it’s too late lol.
