They don't allow the public in the garage. The person on the phone was in the garage but wouldn't give up the info. Like it's state secrets or some such.
I just thought it might be a way for you to ask someone who actually does it, maybe even daily. I know it's a long shot if you don't know anyone there.
I was a new car dealer tech for 30 years. People would sometimes find a way to ask us questions, either at the edge of the shop, lunch area, in parts dept., etc.
