Old, l'eroica bike exemplars such as these have always intrigued with their indistinguishable size. I suspect it may have something to do with the geometry mainly HT angle) and the length of the top tube. Its almost impossible to tell any size +58cm. This one looks like a 24in, which is practically a ten millimeter difference than what the OP suggests. How much does it really matter though? You gotta go for that all-encompassing, French fit!
