An hour later with bb removed and copious bouncing the frame upside down, it came out. Why you ask am I this stupid? Because I just had to go from 26.4 to 26.6 so I could use a campy seat post. On the upside its kind of like cross training to work hard on the bike instead of riding it.
I honestly didn't know there was such a thing. I've always used a wheel cylinder hone.
