Someone needs to run and not walk to get that pair, because they are rare, not sure if someday they could be worth more or not, but I would think so. The mens bike needs to have the handlebars restored to original style, but that's easy enough to do, heck the owner might even still have the original handlebars somewhere, it wouldn't hurt to ask.
