Bikes: Sam, The Hunq and that Old Guy, Soma Buena Vista, Giant Talon 2, Brompton


I split the weight between front and rear bags. The front bags carry the tent in one, the bed in the other. They each weigh about 6 lbs. The rear has the other stuff and usually weighs 12-15 lbs.
