A few years ago, I read a post here by someone (don't remember who) that there were some days he didn't feel like going riding, but there were no days that he rode and regretted going on a ride. I've found that to be true for myself, both before I got sick and since I've been back on the pedals. Exercise helps you feel better and keep moving. The "David Rides A Trike" YouTube channel said it best. He kept riding as long as he could, almost right up to the end.
