€50 isn't much money for any bike in decent condition. Certainly not for a RIH. I suspect it is the 122nd bike built in 1983. I also suspect it came from the Amsterdam shop. Where is the serial number located on the frame? Do you perhaps have pictures you can share?

As for value, if it is in good condition and still has the original Campagnolo parts it will be closer to €500 than to €50.
