Looks like the damages to our townhome are gonna be over the insurance max coverage of 10 grand. Question - any reason to not hit up the HOA master insurance policy to help cover the rest? Other than the obvious headache. Could be worth it since it'll be a few grand.
I can't think of any reason not to.... but I'm new at this stuff
