The biggest enemies of my current rides is simply my abilities. I am not the same person I was. It has been a lesson hard learned but I am dealing with it. So I Adapt, Overcome, and Improvise.
Still... Its quite humbling on a climb when I see guys older then me charging on when I am doing the Walk Of Shame...
