So here I am sitting here quite proud of myself that I'd managed to identify a frame.

Then I do a bit of Googling about the C-18 tubing...and find this:



Not only does it have the fluted C-18 tubing, it has the same brake bridge, chainstay bridge, seat stay caps and heart shaped cutouts that the subject frame has. Plus it has a pump peg, which was absent from the red DP example.

If CyclingFool95 can confirm the routing holes are the same then it's probably just a Tecnotrat frame that received various decals.
