Come to think of it, my Colnago was originally set up by a different shop with a slight tilt and IIRC, they also said the saddle was deigned to be tilted. I flattened it, too.
A lot of the shorter saddles, Specialized for example, are designed for a bit of tilt. They are not flat saddles.

My Fizik’s are board flat.
