I prefer the giant. Looks like a decent lugged frame. However, as many others have pointed out, for the price it will cost to build it up to a complete bike you could probably get something a more exciting. That being said, I have paid more for less, and if you don’t care about getting your investment back down the line it could still be good fun and you always learn a bit from building up a bike
