The Bridgestone Shine Star seems to be a Japanese model - here's a link to another thread on them Quirky vintage Bridgestone - OR - What is this thing? Does that look like the bike you have? Unfortunately the link to a Japanese blog in post #17 isn't working for me, which might provide more info.

Deki is a new one to me - does it look like any of these? & 3 bikes I know nothing about - Univega, Italvega, Deki Bicycles
