I haven't shopped for that stuff for a long time, but I think these were not terribly hard to find, so maybe it has changed. You can have a wheel custom built. If you don't find a local builder, I could build it for you for $60. You buy the parts and pay for shipping. But a local builder won't charge for shipping.
