Well, if it is a close copy, photos aren't going to reveal whether or not it is a Pin or Chin.
The serial number is the best way, IMO.
OP, I would contact the factory for more info about the bike---what color and size was it, if they save and will release that info.
Whether the bike is real or fake, if the forks are flexing, something happened, either in the factory, the fake factory, or in a post-purchase accident. Don't crash ... whether it is a Pinarello or a Chinarello, if it is not safe to ride don't ride it, would be my advice. Not sure how to fix or how much that might cost, but fork failure is a very serious thing.
